Read the terms and conditions for renting objects from our catalog
How rental days are counted
- The rental is priced per day.
- Even if you use an item for 1 day, the rental period includes minimum 3 days: pickup day + return day
- For longer rentals (2+ days / a week / a month), the final price is agreed individually based on the items and dates.
Cancellations & Changes
Changes to the order are possible before confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 3 days before — free cancellation
- 1-2 days — partial retention
- Less than 24 hours — non-refundable

How to book
Choose items and dates (or send a request).
We confirm availability and final details.
Payment is made → order becomes confirmed.
Payment
Payment confirms the booking and reserves the items for your dates.
Payment methods are provided during confirmation.
Deposit (if applicable)
A security deposit may be requested depending on the items and order format.
The deposit is returned after the items are checked and confirmed as returned in proper condition.
Delivery options
Self pick-up, delivery, or delivery with installation — selected during booking and affects the final price.
Installation
Instillation is included. Assembly and dismantling are performed only by our team unless agreed otherwise. Setup time depends on the item list (see item table).
Collection & Return
Items must be ready for pickup and cleared of food and liquids. Late return may result in additional rental charges.
Please treat the rented items as fragile decor.
Not allowed
- Open flame / candles in items not intended for candles
- Wax directly on surfaces (unless candle holders designed for that)
- Water inside items not meant for water
- Outdoor use without prior approval (wind/rain/heat exposure)
- Tape, glue, paint, markers, scratching labels, or any modifications
- Dishwashers for fragile glass/metal unless explicitly safe)
Return condition
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Basic dust is fine — but heavy stains, wax, or abnormal dirt may require cleaning fees (see “Handling & Fees”).
Responsibility period
The client is responsible for the rented items from the moment they are received (pickup/delivery) until they are returned (return/collection).
If something happens
Damage (chips, cracks, broken parts, deep scratches, deformation)
Loss (missing items or parts)
Irreversible stains (wax, paint, rust, burns, etc.)
In such cases, compensation is required.
Compensation amount
Each item has a fixed replacement value listed in the item table.
In case of damage or loss, the client pays the specified amount for the affected item.
For each item, preparation and service requirements are predefined.
Our item table specifies:
- installation time
- dismantling time
- cleaning time
- replacement value
These values apply to every rented item and are used when calculating setup, service work, or compensation.

All rented items remain our property at all times.
Use at your own event risk
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- guests, venue staff, vendors, or third parties
- weather conditions
- improper handling or unsafe placement
Item appearance: Colors and finishes may look slightly different in real life due to lighting and photography.
Substitution If an item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons (damage, force majeure), we may offer a similar replacement with your approval.
